High Performance 10-Port GC Injection & Switching Purged Diaphragm Valve
MDVG-10-16MT-0008
Built with precision and accuracy in mind, this 10-port Injection & Switching Diaphragm Gas Chromatography Valve is engineered for long-lasting performance. It is constructed with high-grade 316L stainless steel for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance and certified leak tight up to 500 psi at 180°C.
All AFP purged diaphragm valves have purge features built directly into the valve which provides a barrier to prevent any inboard contamination and ensure sample integrity for trace analyses.
Key Features:
- Ports: 10
- Temperature: 180°C
- Pressure: 500 psi
- Material: SS-316L
- Port Size: 0.030”
- Coating: None
- Purge: Yes
Benefits Include:
- Increased Productivity: No wear and tear components in proper conditions other than the diaphragm, which we recommend should be replaced approximately every 1 year as preventive maintenance
- Ideal For: Fast switching and high duty cycle applications
- Accurate Results: Superior seal integrity prevents inboard leaks
- Lower Cost of Ownership: Built in purge features, valve does not require an external purge box
- Higher Quality: Every valve is leak tested before shipping at no additional cost
